FAQ's

  • Q: Can We Deliver Outside of Martin County?

    A: No, due to limited delivery volunteers we will limiting delivery to Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Salerno, and Hobe Sound.

  • Q: Why are we not selling boxed wreaths, centerpieces, or garland?

    A: Due to supply issues and resource limitations with our vendor, we are unable to offer the same product catalog as previous years.

  • Q: Why are we not selling any trees larger than 9 foot?

    A: Due to resource limitations with our vendor they are unable to supply these sizes this year.

  • Q: Can I pay with Cash or Check?

    A: Our online store only accepts credit cards with no option for cash or check.

  • Q: Do you offer in-home setup?

    A: No, we do not offer any in-home setup services.

  • Q: What is the pickup date/time/location?

    A: Pickup will be at Martin County High School ROTC Pad between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 7, 2024.

  • Q: What is the delivery date and time?

    A: Saturday, December 7th, 2024 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM will be the delivery window (weather permitting).

  • Q: Can we schedule a specific time for delivery?

    A: We will be unable to accomodate any specific time window requests.
